Over the last 21 years, Simon has held roles at Millward Brown Australia, Robinson & James Research and IMS Health. For the last 14 years he has specialised in healthcare marketing research. Prior to establishing METIS Healthcare Research, Simon, was Principal of the Market Research division at IMS Health. Previously he was a Director of Robinson & James Research, which was one of Australia’s longest standing and leading healthcare marketing research companies. Simon has extensive experience in a wide range of therapeutic areas and across a wide variety of methodologies, and is recognised as one of Australia’s leading healthcare market researchers.

As one of Australia’s most experienced pharmaceutical marketing researchers, with over 20 years of experience, Richard has been responsible for both qualitative and quantitative marketing research projects across a wide range of healthcare professional groups and indications. Prior to starting METIS Healthcare, Richard was responsible for managing the marketing research team at IMS Health. Prior to joining IMS in February 2008, Richard was Founding Director of Robinson & James Research (started in 1992) – which was one of Australia’s longest standing and leading healthcare marketing research companies. IMS Health acquired Robinson & James Research in 2008.​

Over the last 15 years, Sally has refined her experience in pharmaceutical market research through her roles at Foresearch, Robinson & James Research and IMS Health. Prior to starting METIS Healthcare, Sally was a Senior Consultant - Primary Marketing Research at IMS Health. Previously she was a Research Director at Robinson & James Research, which was one of Australia’s leading healthcare marketing research companies. Sally joined Robinson & James Research after a successful period at Foresearch – another dedicated healthcare research company – which followed her initial career in consumer marketing research at Millward Brown.
